Assistant Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

? Curate compelling content and promotional materials to drive course promotion and brand awareness.

? Manage push notifications, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives to engage and retain customers.

? Develop and implement effective retention strategies to reduce churn and increase customer loyalty.

? Develop out-of-the-box ideas to generate revenue and enhance brand awareness.

? Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.

? Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing creatives for marketing materials.

? Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as product, support, and tech, to optimize the customer experience and increase retention.

? Generate revenue through strategic marketing initiatives and activities.

? Manage affiliate programs to drive sales and revenue.

? Stay informed about industry trends, competitor actions, and market developments

Requirements:

? Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.

? Creative flair and strong copywriting abilities.

? Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to derive actionable insights.

? Proactive and comfortable to work under tight deadlines.

? Exposure to Banking, SSC, JAIIB & other competitive exams

? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

? Self-motivated with a sense of ownership.

? Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

? Familiarity with Marketing automation tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, etc.

? Experience with Ed-tech companies.
