Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing innovative and creative marketing strategies aligned with the overall brand and marketing strategy of redBus India.
  • Planning, executing, and monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns across digital, ATL (Above The Line), and BTL (Below The Line) media channels.
  • Media Strategy and Execution: Translating brand objectives into a comprehensive media strategy and go-to-market media plans. Collaborating with the media agency with a digital-first approach to execute and optimize media plans.
  • Conducting research on market trends, target audiences, competitors, and end-to-end consumer journeys to enhance engagements and drive conversions.
  • Collaborating closely with external agencies, influencers, and content creators to ensure effective campaign execution and enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
  • Optimizing and analyzing campaign expenditure to align with expected revenue and impact on media, brand, and business metrics.
  • Achieving Execution Excellence: Collaborate closely with the agency, revenue, and brand leads to meticulously track, manage, and report campaign performance. Conduct comprehensive pre, mid, and post-campaign analyses, assessing ROI against predefined KPIs.
  • Ensuring Rapid Turnaround: Maintain a swift turnaround time for critical deliverables.
  • Effective Negotiation Skills: Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills with vendors to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost control.
  • Vendor Invoice and Payment Management: Track all vendor invoices and payments, both pending and delivered.
  • Coordination with In-House Creative Team: Collaborate with the in-house creative team to efficiently deliver artwork for collateral and campaign communication elements.
  • Driving Marketing Planning and Activations: Lead the marketing planning and calendar, overseeing activations across ATL, BTL, PR, and Digital channels.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster effective collaboration with various cross-functional stakeholders, including Product and Supply teams, to ensure full support from relevant teams in executing the strategy.

Educational Qualification: MBA in marketing or equivalent degree

Years of Experience (Minimum & Maximum) : Having 1-3 years of relevant work experience in managing and handling marketing campaigns end to end (from conception, budgeting to execution and tracking performance). Preferably in a new age startup/ consumer tech/ other B2C businesses.
