Job Description

You are an experienced Oracle ERP Technical Consultant with a primary focus on supporting and enhancing Oracle Cloud ERP solutions for a client. Your role involves handling technical incidents, interacting directly with clients, and ensuring system stability and performance optimization.

Your key responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing customizations, extensions, and integrations using tools like OIC, FBDI, Web Services, and APIs. You will also be responsible for supporting and enhancing reporting tools such as Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and FRS to meet business intelligence needs. Additionally, you will develop and execute technical test plans, troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents, and ensure data integrity and security.
Collaboration with infrastructure and security teams is essential to ensure compliance with governance policies and best practices. You will also be involved in system upgrades, patches, and continuous improvements to enhance performance and scalability. Being available for client calls and real-time issue resolution while maintaining strong communication and problem-solving skills is crucial for success in this role.

To qualify for this position, you should have at least 8 years of experience as an Oracle ERP Technical Consultant with expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP. Strong hands-on experience with technical components like BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL, PL/SQL, FBDI, SOAP/REST APIs, and integrations is required. Experience in development using tools like Visual Builder, Oracle Integration Cloud, ADF, or similar technologies is preferred. Expertise in data migration, interface development, and Oracle ERP security frameworks is also necessary.
Your role will require you to possess strong knowledge of performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting Oracle Cloud ERP issues. The ability to work independently in a fast-paced production support environment, resolving incidents effectively, and excellent communication skills to interact with clients and cross-functional teams are essential for this position. Possessing an Oracle Cloud ERP technical certification would be considered a plus.,
