About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead to support our global development efforts. This individual will play a critical role in building global development operating systems, assisting Global Managing Directors, and ultimately enabling and accelerating Redesign Health's global expansion, empowering Redesign to expand access to affordable, high quality care globally. This role will report to one of our Managing Directors, Global Development.

This role requires working hours that significantly overlap with Eastern Standard Time.
It follows a hybrid work model based out of our Bengaluru, India office.

What You'll Do:

- Partner closely with the Head of Global Development to build global development strategies and infrastructure capable of accelerating market launches and producing outsized market outcomes.

- Work with Global Development Managing Directors to co-develop country-level investment theses and go-to-market strategies.

- Deliver on tactical execution: identifying, mapping, and building outreach lists for strategic partners including sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and other strategic investors, government agencies, healthcare providers, and corporate partners.

- Craft world-class investor materials including memos, presentations, and proposals tailored to each partner.

- Oversee the creation and maintenance of data rooms, CRM tracking, and global diligence documentation across multiple global geographies, ensuring information is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

- Collaborate closely with MDs to compile diligence responses, prepare for investor meetings, and manage follow-ups.

- Ensure effective communication and coordination across a fast-moving, global team.

- Drive special projects, executive briefing documents, and high-stakes deliverables

that shape Redesign's global presence.

What You'll Need :

- MBA preferred.

- Prior experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or top-tier management consulting.

- Demonstrated ability to lead workstreams and interface with senior stakeholders in high-pressure, high-stakes environments.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of executive-level presentation development.

- Highly analytical with experience evaluating markets, sizing opportunities, and developing investment theses.

- Proven ability to leverage with AI tools to maximize productivity.

- Self-starter who thrives in entrepreneurial environments; able to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes across time zonesDeep interest in healthcare, innovation, and building new businesses from scratch.

- International or cross-border experience with an ability to quickly get up to speed on
new markets and cultures.
