Job Description
We are hiring Linguistic Associates for the Worldline HNI process. Candidates must be fluent in any one of the following languages: Bengali, Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Handle HNI customer queries in the required regional language.
- Provide accurate information and resolution over call/chat.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through professional communication.
- Document customer interactions in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for faster issue resolution.
- Follow process guidelines and meet quality standards.
Required Skills:
- Fluency in Bengali / Tamil / Kannada / Malayalam.
- Good English communication .
- Strong verbal & written communication.
- Good listening and comprehension skills.
- Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
- Basic computer skills and typing ability.
- Willingness to work with rotational week-offs.
Qualification:
