Job Description
- As a Travel Sales Consultant at Red Fox Tourism, your role involves managing and handling travel bookings for B2B & B2C clients, creating itineraries, and selling holiday packages, flights, and visas. You will engage with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget, providing tailored travel advice based on their requirements. Researching, planning, and arranging itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transfers, excursions, and special requests will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will ensure all bookings are confirmed and properly coordinated using the appropriate systems and tools. Providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after the trip, handling any issues or changes to travel arrangements, and processing necessary travel documents in a timely manner are crucial aspects of your role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and Handle travel bookings for B2B & B2C clients, Make itineraries, and sell holiday packages, flights, Visas.
- Engage with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget. Provide tailored travel advice based on client requirements.
- Research, plan, and arrange itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transfers, excursions, and special requests.
- Handle all bookings using the appropriate systems and tools. Ensure all arrangements are confirmed and properly coordinated.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the trip. Handle any issues or changes to travel arrangements as they arise.
- Ensure all necessary travel documents, including visas, insurance, and other related paperwork, are processed and handed over to clients in a timely manner.
- Collect feedback from clients post-trip to constantly improve service quality.
Qualifications Required:
- A minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience as a travel Sales consultant or in a related role or freshers.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- English & Hindi Speaking.
- Strong sales skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and multitask.
- Up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, restrictions, and the latest travel trends.
- Ability to work in a team and also take initiative independently.
- Open to work with rotational offs and shift timings, including late evening and late nights.
