Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in Food and IT Services Industry.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Strong understanding of market research and analysis techniques.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve business goals.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals.
