Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources management.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

- Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.

- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and career growth.

- Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and fair practices.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- HR Metrics: Track and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- HR Management: Extensive experience in HR management and practices.
