Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources management.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
• Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate and improve employee performance.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
• Policy Implementation: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements.
• Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and fair practices.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• HR Metrics: Track and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
