Duties youll be entrusted with:

• Coordinate smooth shipment processes, ensuring timely delivery to end customers.
• Manage import and export operations, including full compliance with customs formalities and paperwork.
• Liaise with shipping companies, such as Orions, to oversee consignments and ensure clearance.
• Utilize expertise in export-import regulations, particularly in the machinery sector, to facilitate efficient trade.
• Provide value-added advice to optimize procedures, streamline processes, and minimize costs in logistics operations.

Expectations from you:

Basic Requirements

• Strong written & spoken English.
• Must have knowledge in MS Excel
• Knowledge of working in an ERP environment.
• B. Com / M. Com with PGDBA/ MBA in Material Management / Foreign Trade, or similar.
• Demonstrated experience in understanding import/ export procedures, customs documentation, and handling of C&F associates
• Communications with the customs department, negotiations, and staying up to date with best practices in the industry.
