Duties youll be entrusted with:

Marketing executives are professionals who oversee and manage the execution of different marketing strategies for a company. They use their skill set to promote products and services by implementing product-specific marketing campaigns. As a Marketing Executive your responsibilities will likely include strategic and tactical execution of creative and engaging marketing campaigns, executing marketing strategies, planning marketing events and product launches, developing an online presence and content writing for websites and campaigns.

• Salon Branding - PAN India
• Aligning vendor, Share PPT with Sales team and get details of Branding, Get PI from vendor and share for approval
• Creative to be designed with designer & share artwork with,
• Sharing Creative with Sales team for final approval from Salon
• After Approval sharing artwork with vendor for printing
• Share installation Images
• POSM Management
• Posm order, allocation, New POSM designs, Searching new printing vendors with low rates, Allocation Order for FSUs
• Events - Salon, Trade show, POPups, Promotional
• Vendor management - Negotiation & finding best vendor

Expectations from you:

Basic Requirements

• Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Marketing Executive or in a similar role, preferably in the beauty industry.
• Strong understanding of the beauty industry, including current trends, key influencers, and competitor activities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
