1. To Manager the following KEY RESULT AREAS: (mention KPI and specific targets)
a) Sales Plan, Sales Target & sales strategies for closures
b) Revenue Generation & High-Value Conversions HNI & Corporate Acquisition: Identify and convert high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and 5-star hospitality clients for luxury chandelier cleaning and restoration services.
c) CRM Proficiency, applicability and adherence of CRM by self and teamd) Daily Review of department
e) Review, the processes and policy followed or not
f) Client meetings and client visits – All the high value customers and conversion
g) Prepare and present monthly target sheet and present MIS monthly
h) Client Relationship & Client Retention
2. To Facilitate/Coordinate following activities:
a) Listen the critical problems and suggest prompt responses

b) Maintaining lost client data
c) The client list which shows P1 P2 P3 clients
d) Identify hiring needs, select and train new salesperson on products, process & company policy
e) Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations, maintaining month end sales report
3. Maintain the following Records / Files:
a) Total Conversion in a month
b) Current leads / prospects in hand
c) Maintaining the progress card of all the teammates
d) Lost client data, with reason of lost clients
