About the Role:

ReelSaga is seeking a skilled and imaginative Video Editor to join our dynamic creative team. Youll be at the heart of shaping content that performs, from editing series episodes to creating high-performing Meta ads and promotional campaigns. This is a crucial, full-time, on-site role where your edits will directly influence app installs, user engagement, and viewer retention at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

???? Content Creation & Editing:

• Edit episodic vertical drama content, ensuring strong pacing, emotion, and narrative cohesion
• Craft engaging ad creatives optimized for Meta, YouTube, and Instagram
• Collaborate with writers, creative directors, and the production team to translate scripts and raw footage into polished output
• Ensure creative consistency across content formats and episodes

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop/Illustrator
• Working knowledge of AI-enabled video editing tools
• A sharp eye for storytelling and visual pacing
• Ability to create scroll-stopping ads and emotionally resonant series edits
• Strong understanding of social media dynamics and video marketing fundamentals
• Working proficiency in English/Hindi

Preferred:

• Experience in editing short-form vertical content or web series
• Exposure to performance marketing or ad creatives
• Prior work with OTT platforms, production houses, or social-first brands
