What youll do:

Financial Operations:

• manage day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Teke initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce manual interventions.

Problem Solving and Analysis:

• Apply analytical skills to crunch numbers, identify trends, and solve complex problems in finance operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.

Passion for Lending:

• Demonstrate a genuine passion for the lending industry, staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
• Ensure that finance operations align with the goals and objectives of Refyne.

What were looking for

• Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in finance operations, with a proven track record of progressively.

  Get Hired
  Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to build relationships and trust with clients and internal teams.
• Manage multiple merchants, Clients, and preparation of MIS data and reports on a monthly level.
• Hands on experience in Settlement process, Personal loans and Customer queries around financial details.
• Handling of consumer lending, Salary deductions, Advance salary process payouts.
• Experience in managing the reconciliation of bank, payment gateways and LMS.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to new challenges and technologies quickly.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
