We are looking for Assistant / Deputy Manager in Production Team in Tool Room

Company: Regal Rexnord Corporation

Location: DLF Model Town, Sector 11, Faridabad, Haryana 121006 (1 Km from Bata Chowk Metro Station)

Position Summary: Tool Room specialized person be responsible for day to day tool room work, progressive tools maintenance , new tool development/procurement, generate MIS, ready to handle press shop production. He is should be good in planning , quick executer & performed in time bound manner.

Major Responsibilities :

a) Manufacturing & maintenance of Progressive stamping tools & Die casting tools.

b) Proficiency in Auto Cad, 2D & 3D Drawings.

d) Hands on experience on CNC & Conventional machining process.

e) Understanding of different materials and their application.

f) Understanding of technical drawings, GD & T standards.

g) Understanding of measurement & gauging techniques.

h) Oversee the Tool & Tools spare parts budgets and identify cost saving opportunities.

i) Hands on experience in Pressure die casting process.

j) Production planning & meets daily production targets.

k) Ability to secure favorable terms with supplier & cost negotiations.

l) Competence in using ERP system.

m) Ability to Identify potential risk in the supply chain.

n) Ability to develop diverse sourcing options to reduce casted rotor cost.

• Should be Tool room Diploma/Degree Engineer having 6-8 years of experience in tool room work with hands on experience of progressive tool maintenance.
• Should have attitude to learn & implement, having good communication skill, adaptable.
