Territory In Charge @Leading US-Based Motor Mfg On Third-Party Payroll

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Personnel to join our team.

Profile: Individual Contributor

Reports to: Regional Manager Sales - India West

No of Positions: 2

Location: Ahmedabad

Area to be Covered: Gujarat State (Ahmedabad/Vadodara / Surat / Rajkot etc)

Products to Focus: 1-phase electric motors, AC & DC, general-purpose motors, HVAC motors, cooler motors.

Job Profile:

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and building strong relationships with clients.
• Achieve sales targets by visiting customers, dealers/distributors, Direct & Indirect OEMs, etc. Visits are essential every day and rotate among direct customers/sub-dealers weekly and the rest monthly.
• Ensure disciplined and timely service to channel partners, settlement of schemes, and maintaining required stock levels.
• Responsible for achieving sales targets and increasing market share.
• Accountability for 100% receivables collection, margin growth, and new business generation.
• Contribute to new product development as a customer interface.

Qualifications:

• Preferably BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics).
• Non-B.Tech / Diploma BSc or any Graduates with relevant experience will also be considered.

• Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 2 year of experience.
• Selling experience in any of the following products: 1-phase electric motors (AC & DC), general-purpose motors, HVAC application motors, air cooler motors, switchgear, geared motors, gearboxes, pumps, small pumps, FHP motors, agri pumps, electric motors or pumps.

Designation: Up to Assistant Manager.(depends on current designation

CTC (Compensation): Fixed CTC + Annual Incentives + Official Travel Reimbursements

The offer (Designation & CTC) will depend on the candidate's last drawn salary, education, experience, competency, and evaluation during the interview.
