Business Development Associate - Key Accounts

What role you will play in team: You will manage and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and driving repeat business.

What you will do: You will develop strategic account plans, identify upselling opportunities, and resolve any issues that may arise with existing clients.

Key responsibility:

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing key accounts.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve growth targets.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with key accounts.
• 
  Resolve client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular reports on key account performance.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support key account activities.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in key account management or business development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the kitchen industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
