Job Description

    You are an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with a strong background in selling training solutions to colleges and universities. Holding an MBA and possessing 5 to 10 years of relevant experience, along with a well-established network in the higher education sector, you are a strategic thinker with a proven track record in institutional sales and a passion for education and learning innovation.
    Your main responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for training programs within the higher education segment. You will leverage existing relationships and networks to connect with decision-makers at universities and colleges, identify new business opportunities and partnerships across academic institutions, and promote customized training solutions. Additionally, you will lead sales presentations, meetings, and proposal development, manage the complete sales cycle, maintain a high-quality sales pipeline, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
    To qualify for this role, you should have an MBA (Marketing, Sales, or Education preferred) and 5 to 10 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in selling training or educational solutions to universities and colleges. It is essential to have a strong existing network in the higher education sector, demonstrated ability to close high-value institutional deals, exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel as required.
