Regie.ai is a Series B-funded, AI-native sales engagement automation platform focused on fixing one of the hardest problems in revenue: top-of-the-funnel prospecting.

As the effort required to book meetings keeps increasing, traditional sales tools have failed to scale. Critical prospecting work remains incomplete, fragmented across tools, and heavily manual.

Regie.ai closes this gap by combining Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Big Data into a single, unified platform. By bringing together multi-line dialing, enrichment, intent signals, email, and social automation, we enable sales reps and their AI agents to deliver signal-driven engagement across the entire TAM, without tool sprawl.

This role is hands-on, product-driven, and ideal for engineers who enjoy ownership and fast iteration.

• Build and scale customer-facing web applications using React on the frontend and Node.js on the backend
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences
• Identify and solve system-level issues that impact scalability, reliability, and customer value
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the stack
• Leverage CodeGen and GenAI tools to significantly improve development speed and quality
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to raising engineering standards
• Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of frontend and backend systems

Senior-level plus responsibilities (for strong candidates):

• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction
• Mentor teammates and act as a force multiplier for the team

• 3+ years of experience as a full stack software engineer
• Strong hands-on experience with React and modern frontend patterns
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Experience building backend services and APIs, preferably with Node.js
• Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience building and shipping customer-facing SaaS products
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ownership mindset
• Comfortable working in cross-functional, fast-moving teams
• Experience using CodeGen or GenAI tools to improve productivity
