Job Description
This is a new specialist role working closely with the Regional HR Director. Your focus will be on providing data-driven insights and ensuring the accuracy of HR metrics to inform regional decision-making. You will be the go-to person for HR analytics, budgeting, and reporting, helping to shape reward and workforce strategies across the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
- Own HR data reporting for the region, ensuring accuracy and consistency across schools.
- Build dashboards and reports on headcount, attrition, recruitment metrics, and workforce planning.
- Support annual salary reviews, benchmarking, and benefits analysis.
- Partner with Finance to provide HR budget tracking, forecasts, and variance analysis.

- Maintain HRIS data integrity and drive process improvements in reporting.
- Provide insights to senior stakeholders to guide strategic workforce and reward decisions.
- Contribute to regional HR projects with a strong analytics and metrics focus.
