Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Trainee – Marketing & Digital Content Creation to join our marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are passionate about design, social media, and digital marketing.

The trainee will support the team in creating engaging visual content using Canva and assist in executing marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. This role will help you build hands-on experience in visual storytelling, branding, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Assist in designing creative graphics using Canva for marketing and promotional activities
• Support the creation of content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Help develop templates for presentations, reports, and marketing materials
• Create basic infographics, banners, email creatives, and social media posts
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines

Social Media Support

• Assist in creating and adapting content for social media campaigns
• Support the design of posts, carousel creatives, stories, and basic ad creatives
• Work with the marketing team to maintain consistency in social media visuals
• Help in scheduling and organizing content

Marketing Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing team to understand content requirements
  
• Support campaign activities, product launches, and events with basic design needs
• Assist in preparing marketing presentations and promotional materials

Brand Consistency

• Learn and follow brand guidelines for all designs
• Support in maintaining templates and digital assets in Canva
• Ensure consistency in colors, fonts, and design styles

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (or pursuing) in Marketing, Media, Design, or related field
• Basic knowledge of Canva or any design tool
• Interest in social media and digital marketing
• Creativity and willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Internship or academic project experience in marketing or design
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Exposure to tools like Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator (optional)
