Finance Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to own and manage the companys end-to-end finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, strong financial controls, and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end A/R, A/P, GL, billing, collections, revenue recognition, inventory & cost accounting, and monthly book closure.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS, budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and business insights.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, fund planning, and profitability analysis.
- Oversee GST, TDS, taxation, statutory compliance, reconciliations, and audits.
- Track D2C and marketplace profitability, contribution margins, and channel economics.
- Drive finance process improvement and automation using Tally ERP, Advanced Excel, and ERP/reporting tools.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, legal/secretarial teams, and oversee ESOP administration.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting, Controllership, or Financial Management.
- Strong hands-on experience managing end-to-end accounting and monthly closures.

- Experience in cash flow, working capital, profitability, GST, TDS, taxation, audits, and financial controls.
- Experience with inventory and cost accounting, preferably in a product/inventory-led business.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and Advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred Industry Experience:
Candidates from D2C, E-commerce, FMCG, Retail, Consumer Internet, Wellness, Health, Beauty, Personal Care, Nutrition, or other high-growth consumer businesses are preferred.
