Key Responsibilities
Finance
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets as per Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
- Control operational expenses within budget.
- Minimize inventory shrinkage and losses.
- Ensure visually appealing and well-merchandised stores.
- Maintain optimal product availability and size assortment
- Achieve excellent mystery shopping audit scores.
- Drive customer loyalty program enrolment and engagement
- Collect and address customer feedback promptly
- Ensure 100% compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Timely reporting and adherence to audit schedules
- Collaborate with support teams (EPC, FM) for store operations
- Train and develop store teams on visual merchandising, SOPs, customer service, and product knowledge
- Build high-performing and customer-centric teams.
