Job Description
What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
What you will do: This includes tasks such as inventory management, stock replenishment, store maintenance, and assisting customers.
Key responsibility:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels.
- Replenish store shelves and ensure adequate product availability.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
- Perform basic store maintenance and repairs.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0-1 year of experience in retail operations.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of inventory management.
