Job Purpose
Store Manager (Trends / Smart / Digital)
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall store operations, ensuring sales growth, maintaining profitability, delivering an exceptional customer experience, control bottom line of business and store look and feel with support of visual merchandising. The role involves managing inventory, optimizing store processes, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Management
Drive revenue growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement.
Monitor and optimize key financial metrics, including Gross Margin, Inventory Turnover, Discount Management, and Profitability.
Analyse sales trends and competitor activities to refine strategies for sustained business growth.
- Customer Experience & Engagement
Address customer feedback and ensure swift resolution of escalations.
Implement visual merchandising and marketing strategies to enhance in-store experience.
- Store Operations & Compliance
Manage inventory, stock availability, shrink control, and loss prevention measures.
Maintain store hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Oversee cash handling, billing processes, and adherence to company financial guidelines.

Qualifications, Experience & Competence
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
Minimum 2-3 Years Of Experience In Retail Management
Strong business acumen, financial management, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, leadership, customer centricity and people management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software
