Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Pune. This is a mid-level, full-time position within our Fashion & Lifestyle division. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales management and team leadership skills to drive store performance and ensure compliance with retail operations standards. They will oversee daily operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and meet sales and profitability goals.
Qualifications And Skills
- Sales Management (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to drive the stores sales and profitability.
- Team Leadership (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating a retail team.
- Retail Operations (Mandatory skill): In-depth understanding of retail operations and compliance requirements.
- Visual Merchandising: Capability to create compelling and visually appealing merchandise displays.
- Inventory Management: Effective at managing stock levels to ensure product availability and minimize wastage.
- Customer Service: Committed to providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints efficiently.
- Budgeting: Proficient in managing budgets, financial planning, and achieving sales targets.
- Vendor Management: Skilled in maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and managing procurement processes.
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead, train, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve store targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors for stock replenishment.
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance store ambiance and attract customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and prompt resolution of issues.
- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Manage store budgets and financials to achieve profitability targets.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for both customers and staff by adhering to company policies and procedures.
