Job Overview
The Store Manager position at Reliance Retail is a mid-level role responsible for overseeing operations at our stores in Hindaun, Bandikui, and Sikar. This is a full-time position requiring a strong background in communication, strategic planning, team management, and leadership. Successful candidates will bring excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to this dynamic environment.

- Demonstrated leadership skills to lead and inspire a team, ensuring high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning while meeting all business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and store profitability.
- Manage and mentor store staff, providing training and career development opportunities.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor store performance and report on key metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other store managers and departments to share best practices and drive business growth.
