Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Freelance Business Developer. The Business Developer will be responsible for conducting market research to identify business opportunities, generating new leads, building relationships with potential clients, and presenting customized solutions. Additionally, closing deals and maintaining effective communication with clients.

Qualifications:

• Speaks English fluently (Arabic is a strong advantage)
• 
  Excellent communication and customer service abilities to build and maintain relationships
• Proficiency in lead generation and an understanding of how to develop and grow a client base
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet targets effectively
• Understands the UAE real-estate market
• Previous experience as a Business Developer, real estate, CRM, property management, or SaaS sales
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable
