Currency Exchange Specialist

What role you will play in team: You will provide excellent customer service while executing currency exchanges. You'll handle transactions and help customers manage their foreign currency needs.

What you will do: Process currency exchange requests, answer customer queries, and maintain transaction records.

Key responsibility:

• Process currency exchange transactions quickly and accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding exchange rates and fees.
• Maintain detailed records of all transactions.

• Comply with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Assist in resolving any customer complaints or issues.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in customer service or finance is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong understanding of currency exchange processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant software.
