Job Description
Full-time, Mon-Fri (10 pm 9 pm PH Time)
Key Responsibility
Campaign Execution & Management
- Build, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Execute strategies and media plans developed by the Paid Media Manager / Strategists.
- Conduct keyword research, audience creation, bidding optimisation, and creative setup.
- Implement best-practice campaign structures and QA workflows.
- Monitor daily performance across all active campaigns and apply optimisations quickly.
- Analyse KPIs to identify performance opportunities.
- Adapt rapidly to performance trends and platform behaviours.
- Ensure all campaigns follow TIDAL's quality standards.
- Double-check all work before delivery (budgets, copy, URLs, tracking).
- Maintain error-free execution across multiple accounts.
- Prepare performance summaries with insights and optimisation actions.
- Highlight risks early and recommend improvements based on data.

- Coordinate with Traffic Manager and Account Executives on tasks and deadlines.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English.
- Follow internal processes, templates, and handover procedures.
- 3 years minimum hands-on Meta Ads + Google Ads experience. Recent experience on both required.
- Strong understanding of targeting, tracking, optimisation, and analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio (preferred).
