Job Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including JD preparation, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
- Manage the employee lifecycle including induction, documentation, confirmation, and exit formalities
- Maintain accurate employee records and update the HRMIS
- Handle payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management
- Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives
- Draft, review, and ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws
- Identify training needs and help organize development programs
- Address employee queries and support grievance resolution processes
- Compile HR data, analyze trends, and generate reports for management
- Promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization
- Assist in building a strong employer brand and enhancing company culture
- Plan and execute employee engagement and team-building activities to foster a positive work culture

- Have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on HR experience in a startup or SME environment
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of core HR functions from recruitment to exit
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
- Show familiarity with HR tools or software (preferred)
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
