Global Compensation Manager

Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary compensation partner for the India office, advising business leaders, recruiters, and HRBPs.
- Design and implement compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent. Provide expert guidance on offers, promotions, transfers, and adjustments.
- Conduct market benchmarking and develop competitive pay ranges.
- Lead global compensation cycles and manage planning, execution, and analysis.
- Manage compensation operations, policies, and systems for efficiency and scalability.

- Build and maintain compensation models and dashboards for executive reporting.
- Identify and implement automation or system enhancements.
- Continuously assess and refine programs to align with evolving business priorities.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10+ years of corporate/consulting compensation experience.
- Minimum 2 years of people management experience.
- Deep expertise in compensation models, structures, and pay philosophies.
- Strong command of benchmarking surveys, data analytics, and compensation frameworks.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with Workday, SQL, Python, or Tableau is a plus.Nice to Have:
- Experience managing global compensation programs.
- Exposure to tech or high-growth environments.
- Familiarity with compensation automation or BI dashboards.
- Advanced degree or certification in HR, Finance, or related field.
