Job Description
- As a Key Accounts Manager at Rentokil PCI, you will be responsible for managing existing customers and acquiring new ones under the supervision of the National Key Account Manager. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Your primary duties and responsibilities will include customer retention, annual contract renewals with price adjustments, overseeing collections, upselling to existing customers, and developing new business opportunities. You will work closely with pan India Key Account teams and cross-functional groups to achieve set targets and objectives.
To excel in this role, you must demonstrate exceptional customer relationship management skills, effective communication abilities (both verbal and written), a successful track record in customer management and business development, and the capacity to collaborate with diverse teams.
Key performance indicators for this role include maintaining a customer retention rate of 95% or higher, achieving 100% on-time contract renewals, meeting collection and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) targets, and generating new sales from existing and prospective clients as per defined timelines.
Your educational qualifications should include proficiency in written and spoken English, the ability to effectively manage customers and coordinate internally with branch and cross-functional teams, familiarity with the market landscape, especially relationships with key decision-makers, and a sound knowledge of the local geography. Additionally, proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
