Job Title: MIS Executive (News Channel)

Location: Noida

Experience: 25 years (preferably from Media / News / Broadcast industry)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive to manage end-to-end campaign data operations for our news channel. The role involves maintaining campaign schedules, bookings, and daily logs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage campaign booking, scheduling, and log generation for all on-air and digital campaigns.

Coordinate with the Sales and Traffic teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

Prepare and maintain MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards related to campaign.

Ensure accurate data entry in booking and scheduling systems (like BMS or similar).

Support the team in forecasting and utilization reports of ad inventory.

Generate and circulate daily / weekly / monthly reports for management review.

Identify discrepancies in campaign logs or schedules and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain historical data and assist in data audits or reconciliations when required.

Requirements:

Graduate / Postgraduate with strong analytical and reporting skills.

25 years of experience in MIS, Scheduling, or Traffic Operations (preferably from TV, Radio, or Digital Media industry).

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.

Familiarity with BMS / IBMS / or other broadcast management systems preferred.

Excellent coordination, time management, and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
