Job Description

Opportunity for Housewives and Male & Females Retired people for the most reputed life insurance company in India for the post of Financial Advisor. Looking for people who are hunger for money, Free Foreign trips& Making use of social contacts.
Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition and Prospecting

  • Identify potential clients through market research, networking, referrals, cold calls, and community events.



  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.



  • Attend local events, trade fairs, and business forums to increase brand presence and connect with potential customers.




2. Client Needs Assessment

  • Conduct detailed financial needs analyses for individuals, families, and businesses.



  • Evaluate clients’ current financial status, risk appetite, and future objectives.



  • Understand client priorities such as retirement planning, children’s education, health coverage, and wealth preservation.




3. Insurance Solutions and Advisory

  • Recommend suitable life, health, and general insurance products tailored to client needs.



  • Explain product features, benefits, premiums, payment options, and claim procedures in simple terms.



  • Help clients compare multiple insurance options to make confident decisions.



  • Stay updated on company products, industry regulations, and market trends to offer accurate advice.




4. Sales and Policy Servicing

  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.



  • Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients.



  • Assist clients in completing application forms and ensure documentation accuracy.



  • Follow up with underwriting teams to expedite policy issuance.



  • Provide post-sale service, including premium reminders, beneficiary changes, and policy renewals.




5. Relationship Management

  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular check-ins and reviews.



  • Offer guidance when clients’ life circumstances change (marriage, childbirth, career shift).



  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving queries and handling grievances promptly.




6. Compliance and Documentation

  • Adhere to company policies, IRDAI (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India) regulations, and industry standards.



  • Maintain accurate client records, KYC documentation, and sales reports.



  • Participate in audits and ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.




7. Continuous Learning and Development

  • Attend training sessions and workshops to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.



  • Keep up with regulatory changes and evolving financial products.



  • Learn and implement digital tools for customer engagement and sales management.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.



  • Certification: IRDAI license (mandatory before selling insurance products).
