Job Description
- Global Technology Solutions (GTS) at ResMed is a division dedicated to creating innovative, scalable, and secure platforms and services for patients, providers, and people across ResMed. As a member of the team, your role will involve diagnosing and resolving issues within Oracle EBS and Fusion modules such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Financials, CRM, and others. You will provide support for both technical and functional issues with ancillary systems around Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion environment. Additionally, you will conduct thorough root cause analysis of issues and provide strategic recommendations for solutions. You will also be responsible for building and producing reports using query and flexible reporting tools to meet the requirements of business management and staff. Occasionally, you may lead the work of project teams and might formally train junior staff. Furthermore, you will provide support to end-users by answering questions, assisting with navigation, and troubleshooting issues.
