Role Overview:
As the Business Development Manager - Europe, you will be at the forefront of expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth across the European region. Your day-to-day will involve identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing key client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.
You will work closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, engineering, and procurement teams, as well as directly engaging with clients and stakeholders across Europe. Your efforts will directly contribute to increased market share, enhanced customer satisfaction, and the achievement of ambitious business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the European market to expand our customer base and increase revenue streams.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to specific European markets, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders across Europe, fostering long-term partnerships and driving customer loyalty.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners, ensuring favorable terms and maximizing profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, supply chain, engineering, and procurement, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to inform business development strategies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, progress against targets, and market opportunities to senior management.

- Strong understanding of supply chain, engineering, and procurement processes, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
