Product Manager

Job Summary :
We are looking for a customer-focused and data-driven Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of products from concept to launch and beyond.
The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to deliver high-impact products that align with business goals and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Conduct market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis
- Identify opportunities to improve user experience, engagement, and product performance
- Translate business requirements into clear product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Prioritize product backlog based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility

- Work closely with engineering and design teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Act as the primary point of contact between business, engineering, and other stakeholders
- Communicate product roadmap, progress, and outcomes to leadership and cross-functional teams
- Manage dependencies and align priorities across teams
- Define and track product KPIs and success metrics
- Use data and customer feedback to drive continuous product improvement
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to validate product decisions
- Plan and execute product launches in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
- Support go-to-market strategies, pricing, and positioning
- Manage product enhancements, iterations, and end-of-life decisions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and managing product backlogs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance business, technical, and user perspectives
