What Youll Do
- Drive new Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Analytics, Target, CDP, Commerce) opportunities and consulting engagements.
- Partner with Adobe Account Executives and internal solution teams on joint pursuits and co-sell initiatives.
- Engage with GCC leadership teams in Bengaluru and other hubs to understand Adobe service delivery and staffing needs.
- Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Champion Hashouts MarTech accelerators, pod-based delivery models, and implementation services to deliver measurable business outcomes.

- Proven record of achieving or exceeding quotas across software, consulting, or service revenue.
- Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud or similar digital-experience platforms.
- Excellent relationship-building, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-growing, performance-driven environment.
