Growth Intern

We are looking for a highly motivated Full-Time Growth Intern who is passionate about building and scaling new initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals interested in startup growth, digital marketing, market research, and go-to-market strategies, particularly in emerging technology areas such as Artificial Intelligence and data-driven products.

As a Growth Intern, you will work closely with the leadership and growth team to support market expansion, demand generation, and brand visibility initiatives. You will gain hands-on exposure to real startup growth challenges while contributing to impactful projects.

Success in this role will be measured by the ability to identify growth opportunities, execute campaigns effectively, generate leads, and support scalable growth initiatives.

This role plays an important part in helping the organization build awareness, expand its ecosystem, and accelerate customer acquisition.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
• Support the design and execution of growth campaigns across digital channels such as LinkedIn, email marketing, and content platforms.
• Assist in lead generation and outreach activities, including identifying potential clients, partners, or collaborators.
• Help create growth assets such as presentations, newsletters, blog posts, and social media content.

• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify improvement areas and optimize growth strategies.
• Assist in organizing webinars, podcasts, events, and community initiatives that increase brand visibility.
• Maintain and update CRM or lead tracking systems to ensure accurate growth pipeline management.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership teams to support go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.
• Identify partnership opportunities and ecosystem collaborations that can accelerate growth.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms, and growth strategies
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
• Basic understanding of data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields

• Prior internship or project experience in marketing, growth, consulting, or startups is a plus
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach, content marketing, or community building is advantageous

• Interest in AI, technology, startups, or innovation ecosystems
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, analytics tools, or marketing automation platforms
