Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for clinical and non-clinical positions within the Abu Dhabi region.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract top healthcare talent (Doctors, Nurses, Paramedics, Support Staff).
- Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and compliance documentation.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee queries, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and UAE labor law.
- Proactively manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes with fairness and sensitivity.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention within a healthcare setting.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to provide insights for improvement.
- Maintain and update employee records in accordance with UAE law and company policy.
- Oversee the payroll process in coordination with the finance department, ensuring accuracy for allowances, overtime, and other specifics common in healthcare.
- Ensure 100% compliance with DOH (Department of Health) and HAAD (Health Authority - Abu Dhabi) regulations for healthcare professional licensing, credentialing, and visa processing.
- Administer employee benefits, leaves, and other HR programs.
- Support the annual performance appraisal cycle, guiding managers on setting objectives and providing constructive feedback.
- Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating professional development programs, especially those related to clinical competencies and compliance.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures specific to the healthcare environment.
- Ensure all practices are in line with changing UAE labor laws and healthcare authority guidelines.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a significant advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/assistant manager role within the healthcare industry in the UAE.
- Mandatory: In-depth, proven experience with DOH/HAAD/DHA regulations for healthcare professional licensing and accreditation.
- Knowledge: Thorough understanding of UAE Labor Law and immigration processes.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and empathy.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office.
