What This Role Requires

In the role of Architect, you will be a key contributor to MResults mission of empowering our clients with data-driven insights and innovative digital solutions. Each day brings exciting challenges and growth opportunities. Here is what you will do:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions. As a senior technical leader, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align architecture with business objectives and ensure technical excellence across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the client stakeholders to define the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with client business stakeholders on need basis to gather requirements.
• Come up with the Solution Architecture, High Level design, and implementation plan.
• Conducting technical Proof of concept to evaluate ideas and feasibility assessment and a technical recommendation.
• Work on end-to-end technical implementation, which involves hands on coding.
• Work with the MResult project team to elaborate user requirements, technical solution and an implementation plan.
• Troubleshooting and identifying the root cause and come up with the issue resolution.
• Continuous improvement to address tech debts, proposing technical enhancements, process improvements.
• Work on solution proposals for RFP/RFI on need basis.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive architectures, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability
• Create and maintain best reference architectures, standards, and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering teams
• Mentor junior architects and developers on the best practices.
• Conduct design reviews, architecture governance, and risk assessments.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure scalable, maintainable, and secure applications.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of proven experience in designing large-scale enterprise systems and distributed architectures.
• Strong expertise in Azure, AWS, Python, Docker, LangChain, Solution Architecture, C#, .Net
• Frontend technologies like React, Angular and, ASP.Net MVC
• Deep knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF).
• Understanding of security principles, identity management, and data protection.
• Experience with solution architecture methodologies and documentation standards
• Deep understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL), RESTful APIs, and message brokers.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Soft Skills:

• Should carry a strategic mindset converting business problem into technical implementation.
• Very good people skills as this role needs dealing with engineering teams, internal/external stakeholders to get their buy-ins as per the need.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
