What This Role Requires

In the role of Conversational Designer, you will be a key contributor to MResults mission of empowering our clients with data-driven insights and innovative digital solutions. Each day brings exciting challenges and growth opportunities. Here is what you will do:

Roles and responsibilities:

Design and develop conversational interfaces for various platforms, including chatbots and voice assistants.

Create conversational flows, dialogue scripts, and user journeys that are intuitive and engaging.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate conversational interfaces with backend systems and services.

Conduct user research and testing to validate conversational design concepts and iterate on feedback.

3-6 years of experience in conversational design, UX design, copywriting, or related fields.

Portfolio of conversational design projects that demonstrate skills and expertise in creating chatbots and voice assistants.

Proficiency in conversational design tools and platforms, such as Kore.ai, Dialog flow, Rasa, Botmock, Voice flow etc.

Familiarity with natural language processing, natural language understanding, and speech recognition technologies and their limitations.

Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle ambiguity and uncertainty.

Passionate about conversational design and AI, with a curiosity and empathy for users and their needs
