Resurgent India Limited is hiring experienced professionals for leadership roles in its Stressed Assets Advisory division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identification and resolution of NPA/SMA accounts- Relationship management with Banks, Financial Institutions & Corporates
- Sourcing and execution of high-value mandates
- Client acquisition and business development
- Financial analysis, transaction evaluation & deal execution
- Preparation of pitch books, proposals and transaction presentations
- Coordination with internal teams including Debt Advisory, Risk, Legal & Operations
