Job Description
- Maintain and publish designated reconciliations and reports for companywide consumption.
- Assist with the accounting operations of Rethink Group, including all requirements for internal month end close and reporting on time.
- Assist with accounts receivable management.
- Provide support for annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Assist with statistical analysis and other special projects.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial/CRM analysis packets for management.
- Assist to client facing team, including on boarding, proposals and client relationship management.
- Assist with the implementation of accounting, project management, and CRM systems for internal companies.
- Assist with adhoc excel report building for internal departments.
- Assist in review existing contracts, accounting systems and procedures to advice clients and internal teams on timely invoicing.
- Consistently keep abreast of latest developments and implication of Corporate Tax, VAT & IFRS.
- Assist in VAT compliance function, including performing VAT filings and training outsourced staff.

- Assist and support Finance Managers on utilization forecasts if necessary.
- Assist with the implementation of policies and procedures throughout the service offering.
- Assist in the system implementation, data migration for internal companies.
- Support CRM team for all CRM tasks.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the team.
