We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially aware Finance Manager to oversee core financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role requires strong Excel modelling capabilities, hands-on month-end experience, and exposure to due diligence processes. Experience within a Corporate Services Provider (CSP) environment will be highly valued.

The ideal candidate combines technical financial expertise with analytical thinking, process discipline, and the ability to translate numbers into clear business insights.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Build, maintain, and enhance complex financial models in Excel.
• Analyse financial performance and provide variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
• Support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights and scenario analysis.

Month-End & Financial Reporting

• Oversee and manage the month-end close process.
• Review and ensure accuracy of financial statements and reconciliations.
• Prepare management reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.

• Support financial due diligence processes for acquisitions, investments, or strategic transactions.
• Prepare data room financial packs and respond to investor or advisor queries.
• Analyse historical financial data and prepare trend and risk assessments.

Operational Finance

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost controls.
• Improve financial processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.
• Work closely with operations and senior management to align financial goals with business strategy.

Experience & Qualifications

• At least 7-14 years of experience in accounting or business advisory.
• Strong Accounting skills and team management experience
• Relationship management experience
• Financial Modelling and advance excel skills
• CPA or ACCA equivalent certifications
• System implementation and project management experience
