About The Role
Business Development at Revolut drives growth by expanding reach and unlocking new revenue streams. They forge strategic partnerships, identify untapped markets, and turn ambitious ideas into actionable plans. Working closely across teams and industries, they lead deals that open doors and create lasting impact.
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to build financial partnerships for card payments and services. You'll take ownership of identifying, closing, and scaling high-value partnerships that drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and revenue generation.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing high-impact relationships independently and proactively with sophisticated financial institutions, including payment card schemes
- Acting as owner and point of contact of these relationships internally and representing Revolut externally
- Conducting sophisticated research and analysis on market trends, competition, customer behaviours, and Revolut's positioning to yield key insights and drive new product roadmaps
- Identifying ways to scale and generate new payment revenue streams
- Finding opportunities to optimise payment services, pricing, and costs
- Shaping business cases and projects around growth and P&L optimisation ideas
- Interacting with other teams (Product, Operations, Legal, Finance, etc.) to ensure implementation of underlying new product strategies to continue our hyper-growth
- 5+ years of experience in financial services, banking, or payment card schemes
- Excellent programme management, with the ability to lead projects from beginning to end and learn as you go
- To be an analytical thinker who starts with data and has a problem-solving mindset
- A proactive drive to make change happen
- Great communication skills to collaborate with global stakeholders
- An understanding of P&L and the ability to deep-dive to understand key drivers
- Natural curiosity and a willingness to make an impact
