About The Role
The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.
We're looking for a Finance Manager to utilise their expert accounting experience with complex investment products, like derivatives, and apply SQL knowledge for reporting purposes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Performing daily independent P&L and balance sheet reviews of market making (FX, crypto, equities) and treasury investments (debt securities, repos, derivatives), and valuation controls
• Ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of financial records
• Providing timely delivery of controls to validate and monitor P&L and balance sheet
• Collaborating with Treasury, Risk Management, Operations, and Financial Control teams
• Applying technical accounting expertise to give support and advice to stakeholders, financial statement preparation, accounting policy, and external audit processes
• 
  Working with Data Analysts to build controls, independent valuation models, and helping implement them to ensure timely delivery of controls
• Working with SQL on controls and other areas
• Completing the month end close process
  

What You'll Need

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as engineering, accounting, or finance
• Intermediate SQL skills
• 4+ years of experience in a regulated financial services environment, and at least 3+ years of experience in investment banking product control, valuation control, or relevant finance function
• A structural and logical approach to solving problems
• Solid analytical skills and a hands-on attitude
• Great motivation and focus on delivery
• Proven accounting knowledge with experience in IFRS
  

Nice to have

• A CFA, FRM, or equivalent certification
• An accounting qualification
• Experience within a fast growing organisation
