Head Of Business Unit (Paper/Tissue/Fiber Business)

As part of exponential growth, we are seeking for dynamic talents to join the group for strategic commercial roles:-

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial "go to market" strategy for Paper/tissue/fiber and related products for the Asia Pacific markets to fulfil growth and annual profitability targets
• Meet and understand customers’ requirements (including technical specifications) in each market and translate the requirements to production and deliveries.
• Coordinate Production, Logistic, Technical and other relevant Departments on issues relating to Product Quality and Tracking Satisfaction.
• 
  Drive coordination of global production and allocation
• Build positive business relationships with key accounts / customers for long-term business sustainability.

Job Requirements

• Proven commercial track record of at least 15 years in similar / related industry and chemicals industry.
• Strong understanding of product knowledge and customer needs
• Strong in operations, demonstrated experience in managing the value chain from production to customers

• Bachelor degree in chemistry / engineering, MBA preferred
