Product Manager

We are looking for a passionate Product Manager to join our product management dream team and define and lead the execution of our various product solutions. You will be responsible for defining the why, what, and when of the product that the development team will build. You will be also responsible for working with the product and engineering team on product strategy, roadmaps, and feature definition for FreeCharge payments platform including collaborating with marketing, IT engineering, operations, and sales.
Responsibilities

• Responsibilities will include understanding the needs of the payment gateway ecosystem and coming up with the business growth ideas and requirements, define a product vision and strategy, and working with world-class engineers to execute it.
• Assume ownership of products including defining scope and developing requirements for new and advanced products as well as upgrades and progressive releases for existing products.
• The person shall be working over the development of use cases, wireframes, PRD, creation of designs, getting the execution done E2E and releasing the product to Bharat
• Should be able to identify the key input metrics of their product and drive the product
• 
  Proven ability to work in cross-functional environments including engineering teams, Finance, sales & marketing, business management, customer support
• Track record of successful collaboration with a product development team.
• Ability to solve complex issues to achieve objectives and deliver results on multiple projects in a complex, fast-moving environment.
• Strong product management and analysis skills.
• Strong strategy, analytical, and communication skills.
• Contagious can-do attitude and self-sufficient work style

• Minimum 2-5 Years of strong consumer internet related Product Management background preferably in ecommerce / Technology / Fintech. Understanding & having gone through the pain of what it takes to build a great product
• Experience of working in the Payments industry or Payment Gateway solution.
• Excellent academic background and records.
• Extra-ordinary skills in crisis management, interpersonal communication, collaboration and teamwork.
• Master of multiple tasking. Takes on initiatives and challenges
