Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee and maintain the company s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud solutions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- CRM & Backend System Management: Manage and optimize the CRM system, integrating it with other tools to streamline workflows and enhance business operations.
- Cybersecurity: Implement, monitor, and update data security protocols to safeguard company data and protect against cyber threats, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- System Integration: Ensure smooth integration of various software systems, including the CRM, email servers, project management tools, and other enterprise applications.
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to staff, troubleshoot IT-related issues, and ensure minimal system downtime, maintaining business continuity.
- System Monitoring & Performance: Continuously monitor system performance, diagnose problems, and optimize infrastructure to meet business demands and performance standards.
- Software & Hardware Management: Manage the procurement, installation, and maintenance of hardware (computers, printers, etc.) and software (enterprise applications, antivirus tools, etc.).
- Data Management: Oversee data storage solutions, ensuring backup procedures are in place and data integrity is maintained.
- IT Strategy & Innovation: Work with senior management to identify opportunities for technological advancements, providing recommendations for IT strategy, system upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver training programs for employees on new technologies and best practices, and create comprehensive documentation for IT processes and systems.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors for IT services, software licensing, hardware procurement, and support agreements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in backend systems and CRM management, preferably in real estate or related industries.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and their customization.
- Strong understanding of databases, API integrations, and backend programming languages (e.g., Python, PHP, SQL).
- Experience with cloud computing services such as AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure management.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certifications in IT systems, CRM, or cloud computing are highly desirable (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Salesforce Administrator).
